For Windows XP and Vista:

1. Install Pamela
2. Run the patch/crack from Pamela’s folder – C:\Program Files\Pamela (make sure Pamela isn’t running when applying the patch).

You have to put the file pamela.for.skype.professional.v4.6.0.28-ismail.exe in the folder C:\Program Files\Pamela, then run it from there.
